- Passport scanInformation page; valid 3+ months beyond your planned departure
- Photo1 acceptable photo
- Offer of placeFrom an approved provider, with the provider's declaration and course holiday dates
- Tuition fee evidenceReceipt, or proof you can pay or don't need to
- Proof of living fundsNZD 20,000 per year from a genuine source INZ can confirm
- Financial Undertaking (INZ 1014)If you have a guarantor; or your sponsor's sharing ID
- Plan to fund later yearsRecommended for courses over 1 year, e.g. family income evidence
- Return ticket or fundsTicket out of New Zealand, or money to buy one
- Chest X-rayIf staying more than 6 months (required for Pakistani nationals)
- Police certificatesIf your total stay will be 24 months or more; under 6 months old
- Medical and travel insuranceAcceptable to your education provider
- Certified translationsFor police or medical certificates not in English
