- Employment permitCritical Skills or General Employment Permit issued by DETE
- Signed AVATS summary formPrinted, signed and dated
- PassportValid at least 12 months after arrival; copies of previous passports
- 2 colour photosTaken within 6 months, signed on the back, with your transaction number
- Contract of employmentOr a letter from your employer if there is no contract
- Letter from Irish employerJob details, salary and any accommodation provided
- Qualifications and experienceDegrees, professional certificates, 3 recent payslips and a current employer letter
- Bank statement6 months, on bank letterhead (internet printouts are not accepted)
- Application letterReason for the move, length of stay, family in the EU, and where you will stay
- Previous refusal lettersOriginals for any refusal, from any country
- Translations and attestationNon-English documents need a full certified translation; official Pakistani civil documents (birth, marriage certificates) must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
