- Signed AVATS summary formPrinted, signed and dated
- PassportValid at least 12 months after arrival; copies of previous passports
- 2 colour photosTaken within 6 months, signed on the back, with your transaction number
- Letter of acceptanceFull-time course of at least 15 hours a week, showing fees due and paid
- Proof of fee paymentElectronic transfer to the college's Irish account or an approved payment-service receipt
- Evidence of academic abilityPrevious results and qualifications
- English test certificateFrom the test provider, meeting the study-visa minimum
- Bank statements6 months, on bank letterhead, showing immediate access to €10,000
- Sponsor documentsRelationship proof, employer letter, 3 payslips and bank statements
- Summary of finances formRequired for all long stay study applications
- Private medical insuranceUnless your college arranged it (shown in your acceptance letter)
- Application letter and gap explanationReason for study, family in the EU, and any study gaps
- Previous refusal lettersOriginals for any refusal, from any country
- Translations and attestationNon-English documents need a full certified translation; official Pakistani civil documents (birth, marriage certificates) must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
