  6. Sponsor's bank statementLast 6 months (not needed for SH)
  7. Sponsor's income proofJob letter and 3 payslips, or company registration and FBR returns for 2 years
  8. Accommodation proofFor the whole stay (dorm or rental booking)
  9. Flight booking
  10. InsuranceTravel insurance if the university provides general health cover
  11. NADRA FRC and birth certificateIn English
  12. Police clearance certificateFrom the competent police department
  13. Medical certificateHIV and hepatitis B/C negative, lung screening, no serious chronic or acute disease
  14. CV and motivation letterIn English, signed
