- PassportValid 3+ months after the trip, issued within the last 10 years
- Passport photoOne recent colour photo
- Travel medical insuranceMinimum EUR 30,000, valid across Schengen
- CNIC copyProof of residence in Pakistan
- Flight reservationReturn or round trip
- Hotel booking or invitationFor the whole stay; a free-form invitation letter from a private host
- Bank statementsProof of funds (Finland asks for at least EUR 50 per day)
- Proof of sponsorship formOnly if the host pays; notarised, with the host's payslips and bank statements
- Family Registration Certificate (NADRA)Proof of ties, in English
- Parental consentFor minors travelling alone or with one parent
